Office Assistant
Performs a range of duties throughout the office such as:
- Answering phones and directing them to the correct person.
- Greeting customers
- Performing routine clerical and data entry
- Filing documents and maintaning a clean workspace
- Processing customers payments
Minimum Job Requirements
- High School diploma
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to draft letters and memos to customers
