Event Description:
Ranger Willie B. Safe reminds everyone that all persons born after January 1, 1984 who operate any vessel on the lakes of the state of Missouri are required to take this course. This includes nonresidents of Missouri. By becoming certified, you will have a safer, more enjoyable experience on the water, and may even save money on vessel insurance! Instructors from the Missouri State Highway Patrol will be teaching this course. Preregister at https://www.mshp.dps.missouri.gov/MSHPWeb/Root/index.html.
Look for the section titled “Training”, go to “Boat Safety Training and Certification” and fill in your information. This class is FREE to attend. Play it safe on the water!
