Join our group to build up your endurance over 2 months in preparation for the Spring Into Fitness 5K April 14 th! Lead by a Certified Fitness Professional, learn the techniques, tips, and how-to's of participating in a 5K or adding running to your routine. 8 week course runs February 21 - April 11. Class meets every Wednesday from 5:45 - 6:30 pm. Cost: $25 ($35 includes entry into Spring Into Fitness 5K).
