Medication Clinic LPN

Qualifications:

1. Must possess at least a Missouri LPN

Duties:

1. Be assigned to a staff psychiatrist/nurse practitioner and complete duties as assigned by the prescriber. 
2. Perform vitals and other needed procedures to check clients in for prescriber.
3. Call in Prior Authorizations for medications as prescribed by prescriber. 
4. Package, log and dispense medications and explain dosages to clients as needed.
5. Complete intra-agency referral form, status reports, and other documentation requirements as assigned.
6. Provide billable services appropriate to the clients’ needs while meeting the production expectation for the position. 
7. Submit appropriate records for billing.
8. Comply with all laws, regulations and policies concerning the treatment of clients.
9. Other duties as assigned. 

Reporting Supervisor:

The Medication Clinic LPN shall be directly responsible to the Medication Clinic Coordinator
