Support Staff
Qualifications:
1. Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
2. Experience with computers preferred.
3. Preference given to those with demonstrated ability in meeting the public, telephone skills, and typing and clerical competencies.
Duties:
1. Maintain a smooth flow of communication within the Main and Branch Offices.
2. Meet the public, greet clients as they enter the Agency and handout needed forms.
3. Answer and direct incoming calls appropriately.
4. Schedule and reschedule appointments for service providers.
5. Provide assistance that may be needed in support of Agency staff.
6. Make sure necessary forms are available, faxes distributed, copier and fax machine in working order.
7. Phone clients the day before their appointment as a reminder of their scheduled appointment date, time, and any fees owed.
8. Other duties as assigned.
Reporting Supervisor:
Support Staff will be directly responsible to the Office Manager.
